Terms of Service and Stone Supply

These Terms of Service govern wholesale and residential stone procurement through Tavera Marble and Natural Stone Industries.

1. Natural Variation in Stone

Marble and limestone are 100% natural quarried geological materials. Natural variations in vein frequency, crystal distribution, tone shading, and micro-fossil deposits are intrinsic properties of authentic stone and do not constitute material defects.

2. Slab Lot Inspection and Calibration

Buyers are encouraged to inspect physical slab lots at our stockyards or review photographic/video lot logs before factory dispatch. Once calibrated stone is cut, grooved, or bullnosed according to custom architectural drawings, fabrication cannot be rescinded.

3. Quotations and Delivery Terms

All published rates represent factory-gate baseline metrics. Turnkey delivery, offloading labor, crane staging, and freight tariffs vary by destination city and will be explicitly finalized in written WhatsApp or pro-forma invoices.
