How to Calculate Marble Square Footage: The Stonemason's Formula
Calculating marble square footage for residential housing in Pakistan follows a straightforward architectural formula:
Net Area (Sq.ft) = Length (Feet) × Width (Feet)
Total Ordered Area = Net Area × (1 + Wastage Factor / 100)
Standard 12"×24" Tiles Needed = Total Ordered Area ÷ 2

If your room has uneven walls or L-shaped cutouts, divide the floor plan into separate rectangles (A and B), calculate each section individually, and sum the results.
